"Over the years agriculture has had a major impact on our state. Many of the farms that once covered most of the state now have houses occupied by people whose lives were influenced by agriculture. Marion Township Heritage Days is a festival that reminds people of that legacy. We have steam engine demonstrations, antique tractor parades, a peddlers market, an old car show and a petting farm, just to name a few of our major events. Kids’ pedal-pull, lawnmower races, pancake breakfast, live bands and free wagon rides are other favorites. Come and join us on this educational and action packed weekend on June 10 and 11, 2017."
